Are you an experienced health professional living in Scotland/North of England and interested in volunteering overseas in the next 12 months? Would you like to hear a first-hand account of what it is like to share your skills overseas with VSO but can't make it to London?
If so, we’d like you to come along to an Health Information Day in Edinburgh on Saturday 15th November. You’ll be able to find out more about current opportunities for education professionals, and how you can contribute to our aim of tackling poverty and ill-health in some of the world’s poorest countries.
The day will include presentations from returned volunteers from across the sector, giving you a personal account of what it’s really like to be a VSO volunteer. It will also provide you with the opportunity to speak informally to VSO staff and returned volunteers and hear more about the different kinds of volunteering opportunities available.
