About our group

Our aims are as follows:

to provide a service to potential volunteers who want to talk to people who have been volunteers
to act as a support group for returned volunteers
to provide a forum for like minded people to meet and discuss issues regarding the developing world, refugee issues, Jubilee 2000, etc.

Recent activities have included:

VSO Big Curry Night Fundraiser (March)
Dublin Mini-Marathon Fundraiser (June)
Festival of World Culture (Dun Laoghaire) (August)
Involved in Comhlamh events (RV organization in Dublin)

When and where we meet

We meet about every 6 weeks in central Dublin, normally Neary's pub on Chatham Street, off Grafton Street.
