ELT Teacher

Teaching English in the poorest countries in the world is a challenge - but it gives you the opportunity to make a huge impact whilst gaining valuable training or management experience.

By choosing to volunteer abroad as an ELT Teacher, you'll live as part of the local community and work with a team of education volunteers strengthening education systems at all levels.

Skills needed to volunteer as an ELT Teacher

You’ll need a degree and a teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) with at least 3 years’ teaching experience before you apply. Occasionally we may be able to consider applicants with 2 years’ experience, please call us on 020 8780 7500 to check.
